1. Are considered as cancellation/modification of reservation:
- The change of dates of the reservation,
- Failure to pay contractual deposits,
- The oral or written warning of the non-arrival of the Customer for personal reasons,
- The non-arrival of the Client without warning,
- Failure to comply with Lavande en Calèche's short code of good conduct.

2. To be considered as such, cancellations of all or part of the initial reservation must be accepted in writing by l’Or des Lavandes which, however, may refuse the request for modification of the services without any reason. In the absence of written acceptance from the company Lavandes en Calèche, the reservation is maintained under the initial terms and the company Lavandes en Calèche cannot be sought for payment of any compensation.

3. All time slots reserved or started at Lavandes en Calèche are due in full in accordance with the reservation made by the Customer. No reduction or discount will be made in the event of non-arrival or early departure, at the initiative of the Customer, for whatever reason (except for exclusions below, article 5).

4. Cancellation deadlines:
If the cancellation is made:
- more than 14 days before the scheduled date of the ride, all sums paid are returned to the Customer.
- between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date of the trip, 50% of the sums paid by the customer will be kept by the company Lavandes en Calèche, the rest will be returned to the Customer.
- less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the ride, all sums paid will be kept by the company Lavandes en Calèche and definitively lost for the Customer.

5. Exclusions to the application of the cancellation conditions:
- Death of a family member: a death certificate and proof of the relationship must be provided,
- Hospitalization or illness of the client or a member of his household: a certificate of admission from the hospital specifying the reason for admission must be provided,
- Major disaster at the customer's main residence (fire, destruction, burglary): proof to be provided,
- Restrictions due to the health crisis.

6. It is specified that the company Lavandes en Calèche does not provide any service related to transport. It can therefore in no way be held responsible for problems related to the transport of Customers (delay, cancellation, etc.).
